At 0917 Truck 9 was requested to the City of Meriden as part of the 2nd alarm assignment. Their assignment was initially to stage at the town line and provide coverage for the city while their fire companies operated at 85 Britannia st with a house fire. Soon after dispatch Meriden Car 2 chief Dunn requested that Truck 9 be brought to the scene for relief of first due companies. While on scene Truck 9 with a crew of 5 preformed overhaul operations of the fire building. Great job as always by the Meriden FD with a nice stop on a hot day!
