0558 hours Company 3 was dispatched to a truck roll over Route 5 north at ramp C. Upon arrival of Car 31 it was determined to be a 30' box truck on its side. Engine 8 and Tac 11 were on scene for about 1 hour mitigating a fluid spill and tending to the occupant of the truck. D&L towing, DEEP and DOT are remaining on scene to remove the truck. You can expect the ramp to be closed for a good portion of the day. All fire units returned to service at 0705.
